How can you devote to your motherland "Malout"?

Hi Friends,
As you know we are running an organisation "Paryaas" to help needy people in Malout.
Following are our intiatives:
1.We took an initiative to provide proper eductaion to poor children (children residing in dimished areas of Malout).We approached a govt. school in Malout at Birla Road and spent lump-sum of 25k amount in which we managed to arrange drinking water for children , lavotary facility and playing ground .Our motive was to increase the head count of students in school but all in vain. As this is govt. school so teachers are not interested to promote them.
Suggest us your ideas how can we help these children.
